- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- salt and pepper, to taste
- olive oil
- parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions:
- Start by cooking the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat some olive oil and cook the onion and garlic until soft, around 5 minutes.
- Add the vegetarian mince, breaking it apart as you cook it.
- Add the bell pepper and cook for a further 3-4 minutes.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir well and let it simmer for around 10-15 minutes.
- Serve the spaghetti onto plates and top with the vegetarian bolognese sauce.
- Sprinkle some grated parmesan cheese over the top before serving.
